Shipping Locations
We currently ship Kratom products only within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

We use two primary carriers for shipping our products:

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $7 for all orders, regardless of the shipping method.
FedEx Ground/Home Delivery: Delivery in 1-5 business days
USPS First Class Mail: Delivery in 2-5 business day
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
[Your Company Name] is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
